These terms describe Talos Social Intelligence, a private application intended for access by the operator and explicitly authorized account holders or testers. This public site is informational and is not a public analytics dashboard.

Authorization and acceptable use

Users must have the authority to connect any social-media account they authorize. Talos only requests the permissions needed for the chosen read-only functionality. Access is subject to the relevant platform's terms and permissions.

Service availability

The application is under development and may contain errors, incomplete metrics or interrupted updates. No uninterrupted service, business result or platform-approval outcome is guaranteed.

Platform independence

Talos Social Intelligence is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Use of those services remains subject to their terms.

Changes and termination

The operator may modify or discontinue this private service. An authorized user may withdraw the relevant platform authorization and request deletion of stored data as explained in the privacy and deletion policies.

Liability and accuracy

Statistics are provided for informational purposes. Platform definitions, reporting delays and data availability can change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator provides the tool as-is and does not accept responsibility for decisions based on incomplete or delayed metrics. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights are unaffected.
